- The applicant(s) must be a first-time homebuyer.
- The applicant(s) must be below required income limits.
- The property must be the homeowner’s primary residence.
- The applicant(s) must used an approved lender and meet their income, credit, and other requirements.
- The applicant(s) must complete a homebuyer education course.
