The Water4All program in Baltimore City aims to establish a fairer system for accessing water assistance, extending its benefits to a greater number of residents. Its primary objectives are to safeguard tenants and homeowners from experiencing service disruptions or the imposition of liens on their properties due to their inability to settle their water bills. The total amount of assistance provided by this program will be calculated based on a number of factors. This program has replaced current BH20 program in Baltimore City.
Eligibility Requirements
- If the applicant(s) is a current BH20 recipient they will continue to receive assistance.
- The applicant(s) must be a Baltimore City resident with an income level below 200% of the federal poverty level.
