I called this company to get service on my Whirlpool washer as well as service on a stove at my rental house.Technician went to rental house first and diagnosed the problem, then came to my residence. He told me my washer needed a $400.00 repair and then my stove would cost e 239.00. He said he had to order parts for both and needed a $400.00 deposit which I gave him. I knew the repair on my washer was not that much because I had the same thing go wrong abut a year ago but I was desperate to get it fixed and could not get anyone out her to fix it. Bottom line I fixed washer next day and called then to cancel and let them know they misdiagnosed the washer. They apologized and told me they were going to refund the $166.00 back. That was a month ago. I keep calling them and they keep saying its in the mail. Now they will not answer the phone. Very bad service will never use them again. They are a very fraudulent company and hope that they go out of business.
THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNER SHIP Tue night my refrige broke and i had just went and spent $ 150 on food i was in a panic so i called 24 hr apppliance repair and they helped me over the phone and told me what to do untill they could get here i had to put a fan on the back of the refrige and it started working i did not loose any food they came the next day they were on time and they found that the fan motor had went bad .they went out to the van and found the fan motor i needed and they fixed it in 20 min the time dave had taken on the phone with me saved my food .and it was 12.30 am when i called them. so thanks 24 hr appliance repair for the great job i will tell all my freinds about you and i will all ways use you from now on !!
They came to my house, turned on my appliance, said it needed a new motor and it would cost 300.00. They did not even notice that if you shifted the machine, the noise stopped. They were in and out in under 10 min. They also said there was a 45.oo service fee, but changed me 69.00 because I live in Ellicott City.
