Our realtor recommended Neal for our home inspection. I wish I would have done my own searching for an inspector. He talks entirely way too much! He missed a leaky dishwasher, cracked deck railing, cracked toilet tank and crack in the foundation. Over priced and under performed. When approached about items missed his response was ""A home inspection is not a warranty"" He flat out whiffed on our inspection. Now we're out thousands in repairs plus the $700 we paid him. When he took a phone call during the inspection from what seemed to be an unhappy client I should have ended it right there! Too many better qualified more affordable inspectors out there.
