Stay far far far away!!! I don't know how they stay in business! I have been without a working dryer since the week of thanksgiving bc they said they needed to order a part!!! Tomorrow is New Years eve, they said they were supposed to come by today but never even called. Of course we called and nobody answers smh...they never ever answer the phone and when they say they will call you back they never do! I am beyond disgusted with this situation! The oniy reason we have to use them is bc Sears uses them for under warranty products...I am beyond frustrated to be without a brand new working dryer for over a month with 3 small children ughhh!!!!
