Its capabilities cover computer systems and network support, database system design and development, and software support. Established in 1979, it provides services that include business process analysis and re-engineering, Internet applications, database solutions, and data management and analysis. It also offers other services, such as document management, e-government, knowledge management tools and integration, and requirements analysis. Its clients include the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the United States Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service and Department of Defense Medical Services. Aquas is a winner of the Blue Chip Enterprise Award for the State of Maryland.
