Bateman is a family company consisting of Lenny and his brother. I've hired Bateman twice: once to diagnose a failure of my chimney to pass fumes (the chimney passage was blocked with debris from weather spalling) and a year later to install a stainless chimney liner. I was entirely pleased with both services. Lenny not only did quality work, but also was willing to show me my chimney problems firsthand, including taking me on my roof. I have full confidence in his work and I would hire him again without hesitation. Though he may seem a bit gruff on the phone, he works hard and honestly to fix problems and treat his customers with respect.
