This is by far the best carpet cleaning business I have ever used. Brian got the pet smells and stains out of my carpets quickly and efficiently. I have put away my Bissel for good. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I called Heaven's Best and was surprised by their professional approach to cleaning the carpets and the quality of their work. Even those hard pet stains and odors were gone after they cleaned the carpets! I had tried everything to get that smell out and all I had to do was call Heaven's Best. I recommend them to everyone.
I called Heavens Best to come out and clean my carpets just before Thanksgiving. My carpets were really dirty and had some bad pet stains. I had my doubts that any service could get them clean.Heavens Best gave me a prompt appointment and arrived on time. They then measured the carpet, a living room, dining room, a family room, and some stairs, and then assessed the stains. They (Brian Ward) gave me a reasonable quote and, upon my OK, proceeded to clean my carpets.The results exceeded my expectations. Brian was able to remove the stains and did a wonderful job at cleaning my carpets. I plan on calling him back again in about 6 months..In summary, Heavens Best was on time, communicative, hard working, did a good clean up, and a great job at cleaning my carpets.
Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. I was very pleased with the professional attitude and workmanship. Our carpet cleaner was friendly and helpful. He was able to get stains out of our carpets that I thought might not ever come out. The carpet looked brighter and fuller than it has in years. I most definitely recommend Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning of Mt. Airy. They did a superb job at a reasonable price. The carpet dried quickly as promised, and looked great. I will most definitely use them again.
