Wow!!! My carpets look like new again. John took his time and was very meticulous. He explained the process to me and what I really liked was it was an eco friendly non chemical process that used very little water. Our carpets were virtually dry when he finished and I could put my furniture back right away. I highly recommend Kemp and his was very reasonable with the price. A++++
