Fast and friendly service! They came out and re-keyed my locks. They were on-time and very professional.
Key One has been absolutely terrible to work with. The owner is rude and completely unorganized. We ordered a safe through Key One and paid extra for it to be bolted to our floor in July. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days. After 4 days had past we received a call that the safe was damaged during transport and they would order a new one for us but it would not arrive for 2 weeks and would be a different version. We waited the 2 weeks for the new one to arrive. We got no call that the safe had come in and got no call to schedule an apt to have the safe put it our home. A guy showed up and called my cell phone irritated that no one was home. We had absolutely no idea that they were coming. My husband rushed home from work to meet the man. It was supposed to be bolted to our floor but because of the carpet in our closet they wouldn't do it without there being a extra charge, which was already paid for. We were supposed to be reimbursed but the owner refused to reimburse us. So the guy left without it being bolted to our floor. It is now the end of December. We had had an apt to have the safe bolted to the floor, because he refused to give us our reimbursement, on Friday December 18th at 2:00pm and never called and never showed up. On Monday December 21st, we received a call that there was someone outside of our house and ""we needed to hurry up and get there because I have limited time"". It turns out this was the owner of Key One that was at my home and that said this to my husband which is completely unacceptable. When we called the store to discuss our concerns, we were told that he is the owner and he can do whatever he wants. I have never met or worked with a business in Easton that is so rude and disrespectful to their customers. Shame on you Key One and especially the owner. You should be ashamed of yourself. We have always been very loyal to key one and have always recommended them to anyone regarding locks, keys, and safes. Every member of my family has a safe in their home purchased from key one. We have spent thousands of dollars with this company but will never give Key One a dime again. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. DO NOT USE KEY ONE!
I have never had such great service! The office personal was very helpful and got a locksmith out here in my time of need. The locksmith Justin was timely and finished the job proficiently and in a timely manner. If i need service ever again I will DEFINITELY be calling KEYONE ! Thank you so much!
