I called this company to possibly do some work for my elderly mother. Chad called my mom and said that it would be no problem that it would be a min of $150 and if it ended being more then they could discuss it. My mom asked if he would come out to look at the leak and roof and he said no he knew what was wrong with it. My mom told him that she would really rather have someone come out to give a quote and that she has one other person lined up to giver her one. Chad was so rude to my mother, he said ""then you should go ahead and use them"" and hung up. I can't believe how horrible he treated my mother....And to think she was willing and wanting to get quotes for getting the whole roof replaced along with some of her sidingreplaced. They have lost a potential customer forever and I hope other customers read this before they entrust them with their family and money!
