The pack out went well. They were prompt on showing up and showed up with plenty of guys to get the job done quickly. My only complaint about the pack out was that only one of them spoke English. My major complaint came on the drop off. Only 2 guys to do what 6 had done. They had been driving all night and had no sleep. It took all day and that was with my husband and I helping to unload. Only had one bookshelf that got broken, but everything else was in one piece. Over all an okay experience.
