Sanford does not stand behind their product and is very difficult to work with. We were promised a number of things during the closing process and generally moved into a home in a rush under the promise that they would complete certain repairs after moving in. After moving in, they went radio silent and played games with everything single thing we needed. They do not answer the phone and don't return calls, they con you with promises and excuses, and take advantage of families that are under pressure to close and move by delivering a home that is not complete. I would suggest you protect yourself heavily if you work with this company, or better yet, find another home and builder.
