Went there today walked in ask the lady if I can see one of the guys back in the warehouse to get a couple pieces of metal. She said our new policy now is you have to wait 24 hours before you can receive the pieces of metal because they are so busy. I said all I needed was three pieces of metal 12 inches long it'll only take you 10 minutes. She said I'm sorry thats the policy. one of the sons who runs the shop now came out and said sorry bud We are just to swamped with large jobs. So if you don't have a large they don't want to have anything to do with you.So the small guy that comes in they kick him to the curb. When the old man ran the place and had a say in it he took care of the small guy cause he knew they would come back. Customer service sucks. They need new management that cares.
I saw their website...after several visits to this company, this is what I have found:If you want someone to get the job done right...this is not the place to go. ..they screwed up my last powdercoat job but never disclosed this to me...I only found out when I got home...honesty is not their policy.If you want someone to get the job done on time...don't expect them to call you and tell you the job is ready to pick up...If you want someone qualified and experienced enough to listen and help determine exactly what you need (FREE ESTIMATES, btw)...their estimate probably won't be the final price you pay..its only the starting price to get your job...and when they give you the bill for more than what their original estimate was...don't question them...they will give you laughable excusses The front office has zero ""customer service"" skills...they will gladly cuss you out...for their lack of communication skills.Bottom Line: Their policy seems to be ""when in doubt, simply blame the customer""
