RUN! I found out they are called the Beltway Bandits after my experience, now I know why. I called to have the upstairs HP checked, it was low on Freon. The service tech said there was a leak on the inside coil. He said so big, it will not hold pressure. HE wanted 4K for a new coil unit and 9K to replace the heat pump. I had the unit leak checked and vacuum test the next day and the so called leak was undetectable. the unit held vacuum for more then 30 mins.. The tech said a Schrader Valve leaks more than what I had. I know business is bad, but stealing is stealing... DO NOT CALL THEM!
