I have lived at two Weisz rentals in the past sixteen years and I have never had a problem that wasnot taken care of. I used to rent with a big time apartment company that begins with a ""B"" and always had issues with promises and great looking places when I was looking, but ended up with a different apartment and experience once I signed on the dotted line. As soon as they hooked me I was stuck and could never get anyone in the office to help with simple issues and the head office, good luck I never even got a returned phone call. Never again. This company is very responsive as I can call anytime or email Ms. Cheryl at the main office if I ever need anything or just to check in and say hey. She's a doll and so is everyone else, everyone has been working here long time and it's not a big rotation of new people which is great. I feel like they are all family, heck i've been here sixteen years so they are family! Everywhere has their problems but when you find a good company that does right by people you stay.
