We purchased a custom home built by Cherry Cove PAX River NAS-area home construction company, near Lexington Park, MD - wonderful service, very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround - they also constructed the deck, did the driveway, sewer connection, seeded the lawn, i.e. all the land development components we needed. Great company, great PAX River hospitality (even hooked us up with the Lexington Park Hotel Hampton Inn as a great place to stay near the PAX River Naval Air Station!).
