We got John's number from our neighbor after he designed a very unique heating and cooling system, pairing their gas furnace with a 20 SEER efficiency MINI SPLIT HEAT PUMP UNIT as a primary heating and cooling unit last Winter. He replaced our 80 Gallon conventional water heater with a new Tankless Water Heater which saved us on gas bills. He also replaced our 10KW electric back up heater from our heat pump with a hot water coil, using a special loop with his unique design and controls. That alone cut our electric usage by 40% in the Winter months.
