Find a professional business to manage your property. But if you do go with these folks, be sure to have plenty of Tylenol on hand. They have a 'sign and forget' policy: Once you sign on their dotted line, they will forget about you, your property, and your tennants. When you call them or e-mail them, they will promise to get back to you (if they answer at all) but won't do so.They have 14 BBB complaints, are not a BBB member (though they display the BBB logo on their site) and they will do nothing for you (except create head aches).
