These guys are real slumlords when I first landed my apartment it came with a refrigerator after living there four years which was one year after they took over the building purchasing it from a very nice doctor they refuse to replace my refrigerator and was forced to buy my own it became roach-infested because of the drug addicts and drunks that were living 5 to a one-bedroom apartment above me who had several times broke into my apartment while I was trying to work like I said real slumlords
