Air Duct Pros, Inc were wonderful. Starting with the sceduling process, they were accomodating and helpful. I am due to have my second child in 1.5 weeks and they were willing to schedule really far in advanced, but contact me anytime an opening became available on short notice. We were able to get the cleaning done well before baby came. The men that came to do the job were professional and very friendly. They explained each piece of the process and gave me suggestions on how to make my system more efficient (IE. fixing a boot that had become disconnected from a vent). They were done in an hour and a half which included cleaning my dryer vent. I am very pleased with the work done and the service that I received.
Great company! They showed up on time after calling first to let me know they were on their way. They were very respectful of my houseful of pets and a couple of sleeping teens and when they left I was amazed there was no mess to clean up. I fully expected to find dust balls everywhere, but they were very neat and put everything back the way it was. Definitely recommend using them
