I called them Saturday morning because my refrigerator wasn't working, and after four calls, I finally got an appointment for Monday morning. Sunday night, they left a message in my phone saying that they do not have a technician available, and my appointment was cancelled and I need to call again for a new one. AVOID THEM!!! They are not professionals at all!!! AVOID THEIR SERVICES!!!!!
Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!! We called them, they assured us they were coming (this was an emergency) and canceled us twice!!!! Ridiculous!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! AVOID THEM
