We have used Around the Clock Plumbing at our current house and at our rental house. In both cases they have gone above and beyond to turn our plumbing nightmares around as quickly as possible. It is honestly not even a panic now if we have a water issue at our 100 year old house, as we know ATC Plumbing will be there to help us. They take calls anytime and are awesome to work with. I have referred them to others and always hear back glowing reports!
Around the Clock is ahead of the game when it comes to service, knowing what you need and meeting your budget. The staff has saved me and my friends $$$ by seeing and suggesting better ways to solve plumbing challenges we had. When my my water heater died Around the Clock let me know a smaller unit would easily meet my needs and cost less. When they evaluated my friends broken sewer line in his front yard [yuck] they found a faster and closer route to fix it than competitors and saved him hundreds of dollars. Definitely give them a call.
Matt did a great job- I love having them as my plumber, they are always clean and quick. Never once have I had a problem they couldn't fix!
A couple of days ago I had came home from work and my whole bathroom was flooded. Thankfully Around The Clock Plumbing came right away and helped me clean the mess up. The plumber fixed the broken pipe in less than an hour and a half and had everything cleaned and looking the way it should. Thank you so much AACP!
I do not recommend this place! My water heater had two issues.1-Gas leak.2-It off completely including the pilot lights, when the water reaches the temperature set on the thermostat .I have insurance through warranty group. So they had them dispatched, they came and fixed the Gas leak by tightening loose connections. But didnt fix the 2nd issue. They collect $75 dollars deductible and left.15 minutes later the water heater shuts off, I call them back they came in but didnt have a thermo-coupler with them it was Friday so they turned it on and said to call the office on Monday to come and fix it.I call Monday they ask me to call the insurance. I do, and to find out that their Boss Mike, called the insurance and told them that they fixed all issues and that they couldnt replicate the issue. Therefore it will be useless for them to go out again! Huh !!!! seriously!.So I take videos, uploaded them to Youtube, emailed them to Mike, to show him how the water heater shuts off. He said that he will take a look at them (Never did), so I called the insurance to have them order the dispatch!The next day I call the pluming company, I got the secretary, she said that she called the insurance company per her bosss request to ask them what they wanted them to do!!! Excuse me! You want the insurance company to tell you what to do and how to fix a pluming issue!!! You had a dispatch, youre covered by my insurance that I pay for. You send youre people and do what you do or dont do best!!! What a jerk!I called the insurance, they said that will contact mike and see whats going on!, I sent them the videos. They called back and said that Mike never took a look to the videos and that they will be signing me check (whith an amount way more, than mike's estimates) to hire whoever I want to fix this issue.They said that they got a quote from Mike to replace the thermocoupler for $236 (a part you buy for $5-$10 I kid you not)I end up replacing the thermocouple (25 min job), my water heater works like new, it wasnt a rocket science thing, and certainly not worth $236 . I will never deal with these jerks anyway! I do not recommend them. The next time I have the insurance sign the checks and hire the people I see fit, or do it yourself. Youtube has good videos to show you how to do things! Save yourself the money and time!

Matt and Around the Clock plumbing have done an outstanding job in trying to fix an error made by missing pieces in replacing my own bathroom. Their company is terrific!
