It's 11:15 pm on a Tuesday night and Marc Cohen of At Once Pest Control just left my house. Yup--11:15pm! When I called him this dark, rainy evening after partially (accidentally) squishing a large snake while closing a window, I didn't even think about the time--I just called. He was on his way home after a long day but he turned around and came right over. He knew it was just a black snake and that it was harmless, but he heard how upset I was and came right away. Not to make money, but because I said I'd feel better if he came and made sure it wasn't still on my back house wall. Marc cares about his customers and always goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy. I know this, because the snake incident is just one of many calls I have made to him over the years. He has dealt with ants, more ants (different house), a swarm of bugs that loved the brick wall by our deck, squirrels in the attic and now a snake. He is always effective, extremely knowledgeable, and economical. I would never call anyone else.
