Steer clear of this company if you are looking for someone to manage your property. I was been renting my home for 13 months, and I have had little to be addressed in the home. On two occasions I had to wait months for repairs to be completed. Right now, I am waiting for my children's closet to be addressed. The shelving fell, and the owner approved the work to be done back in October. It is now the end of January, and it still not completed. No apologies from anyone at this point, no expeditious handling of my repair...nothing. Also, make sure that you keep receipts and pay your rent in Money orders or Cashiers check because personal checks could take days to deposit. When I inquired about why, I was told ""as long as you keep your check book in order, you shouldn't have a problem!"" What if my check is lost or stolen? The office staff is unprofessional and rude, and when I expressed this to the owner of the company there was no apologies or explanation for why I was treated like this. Appoints have been cancelled without warning, and they like to communicate by phone or in person...they don't like to leave a trail of errors. Professional business like to keep and email trail, this company does not. If I didn't love my home, or like the owner, I would have been looking for other places to live. I hope things get better.
