Horrible Customer Service after they get your money! Constantly have to call back ... never get a return call... they don't take ownership of any issues and will find fault at anything but themselves! Still trying to get them to repair hardwood floor gaps after spending over 10K in home remodel with them. Stay away!!! Go any place else!
Stay away. #User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsby Gumby05/03/2011 I felt like I was run through a 'bait and switch'. In the store the estimate was approximately $800-1000. Once they came to the house, the estimate jumped to $2600!!!! In addition, that $2600 figure was not supported by the values/calculations on the estimate form. In the store, the prices are given as ""$X per foot INSTALLED"", on the estimate, although things were marked as included they actually weren't. The installer tried to claim that the $1600 difference was due to the underlayment (luan plywood - $12/sheet at Lowes) and adhesive!!! Give me a break!! I would love to support local businesses but I am not about to get ripped off.
