Do not trust Linda Harris. We rented a property for almost a year. When we received military orders, she tried to make us pay an extra two months rent, despite the military clause in our lease. We made a verbal agreement that only $100 would be deducted from our security deposit and we would receive it in 5-7 business days from the date of inspection. A month later, she gave us $435 LESS than what was discussed. She made deductions for repairs that were not our responsibility. She knew that we moved out of state for the military and would have no way to dispute the charges. She did not ever discuss the charges with us, nor were they brought up at the time of the inspection. Do NOT rent from Linda Harris, especially if you are in the military. She will lie and take advantage of you every chance she can!
