We had a fire and our house a total loss. It was arranged by a good community citizen to have it for 6-12 months to keep any belongings that we wanted to save. We also had personal belongings clothes, etc. we went to place more stuff in there and realized ALL our stuff was gone. Totally wiped clean. They had no record of the unit being rented... nothing. Police report was made. They deny ever renting the unit to the gentleman who had arranged it. Deny any responsibility. I give them a zero star. In life we have to admit when we screw up. It still sucks you have to accept the consequences but you do it because it’s the right thing to do. Well they FAIL!! Do not go here.
We rented a unit from this facility and recently moved. I was devastated to find that ALL of our boxes and furniture, were infested with dead and live ROACHES. Not only were the bugs present but the feces of them were encrusted in our totes, drawers. We have been overloaded with work disinfecting everything including baby furniture and toys that were stored in this facility. I took pictures and have repeatedly called the district manager and have not had a returned call. I plan on filing a claim in court ASAP.
