I started with Chesapeake waste 2 months ago and they have missed my trash pick up 4 times. Not happy with this service.
For the past TWELVE years, I have used Chesapeake Waste Industries. They have NEVER missed a trash pick up and have always been on time (meaning within the same hour every week).I am VERY impressed! And I have been impressed for over a decade!!!
They don't pick up the 2nd can they say they will when you sign up with them, because it isn't required. And they won't cancel a contract early when they are breaching it constantly. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I have used Chesapeake Waste for 2 1/2 years. No problems at all. Picked up every week. Also lower price than others.
Because I see several poor reviews on this site, I feel compelled to also review. My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. The office staff and the workers on the truck have always been polite and helpful. Seems to me they have earned a positive review. I have no desire to change service in any way.
I just got a robo call from Chesapeake Waste on Wednesday Jan 13th that said my trash pickup is now on Monday starting Jan 11. Well my trash was picked up today. I called and the ""office supervisor"" told me that the phone call I got today was made last Wednesday. In real life my trash was picked up today and she said that it was not Chesapeake Trash. Well Chesapeake Trash is in the Twilight Zone, not on planet earth time.
This is the worst company to deal with in the two months I had them they picked my trash up twice on time. Every time I had to call them they say my trash was not out but it was and I could pay a 25.00 fee for extra pick up but it's moot extra they never came to get it in the first place. Tried to cancel won't give a refund so I finishing off quarter and canceling. Worst business ever dealt with
I agree with so many people's remarks! I was with Waste Management and switched to this company. They lie repeatedly. I was told my trash was not out when it was, then told a work order was put in and it would be picked up, it was not. I called to cancel was spoke to by one of the rudest people. I then had to call back a week later because they still didn't pick up there can. I was told I never canceled and was not getting a refund, this was from a manager whom I think taught the customer service people how to be so rude. Never ever would I recommend these crooks! I will take it to small claims court on principal to for my money.
Rude customer service and bad policies make this a poor company to do business with...moving on!
The worst company you could deal with!!! The will steal your money and run. Do not trust them. They will miss garbage pickups continuously and when u phone they say they were there early in the morning!
