I reserved my rental weeks in advance, and was nervous leading up to pick up since the rental was to take an important trip for my son. Enterprise was amazing, they let me try multiple full size vehicles to see if my sons bike would fit. None of them did but once back in the building we found out they had gone to another location to pick up the specific vehicle we needed! Mak was amazing & helped thru the entire process! We travel a lot for my sons racing and will be using this location for all of our rental needs!
I would not recommend renting from this location. On October 9, spoke with reservation specialist, Lee, to reserve a Suburban for October 10 at 10:00AM. Lee confirmed that inventory was available at the specified pickup location and provided a confirmation number, 2JMN4T. On Saturday morning, when I arrived to pick up our rental, there was no record of our confirmation. Additionally, the reserved vehicle was not available. This was not a positive or successful experience.
