This company is a big fraud. They have charged us $800 for nothing. It is a big scam. I saw their add in Washington Post and called them. A call that I wished I had never made!
I agree with the previous reviewer on this company. I had the same thing happen to me and now I am finally going to trial with this company. They charged me 700$ for bent cleaning and some lifetime air filter, well I never received the air filter and after they cleaned my vents and HVAC they messed up my hvac. I had to buy a whole new HVAC system and of course they won't pay for it. So if you want to avoid my route of taking them to court please avoid this company
I hired them to clean out my vents and they told me I had mold. I paid $400 to have the work done and it turns not only DID I NOT HAVE MOLD THEY DID NOT CLEAN MY VENTS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I contacted them today and was told the owner will call me, yeah sure in my dreams. I WANT REIMBURSED AND THE ONLY WAY IS THROUGH LITIGATION WHICH IM CHECKING INTO.Do not use this company. My neighbor got scammed the same day out of $700. This company made $1100 that day by doing NOTHING...STAY AWAY FROM THIS CP0OMPANY. I HATE HAVING TO GIVE ONE STAR ON THE REVEIW, BUT HAD TO............
