I was put in contact with Bob Tyber from Island Electric to do work in my apartment. He and I planned to have him come out 4/28/16 at 10am. He asked that if that time needs to be changed, I call and let him know. Something came up on my end which made our 10am appointment undoable. I called him the evening of 4/27/16 to ask if he could come out around 3pm on 4/28/16 instead.His response? A very flat ""No. That puts me in the city around rush hour and that doesn't work for me. Not interested."" It was only after a pause and my asking if he had any idea as to when he may be available when he said that he can ""maybe come out Friday"" and that he'd ""have to check his schedule"" and call me Friday morning to see if something were possible.While It’s certainly his prerogative to pick and choose jobs as he sees fit, his completely unprofessional tone and poor customer service is uncalled for. If he's ""not interested"", rest assured, my management company and I can find someone who *is*.
