I was prepared to give this company an A+ rating until the very end. While it is noted on the front of the contract that the stump grindings are raked in the hole, I did not realize that the grindings would be left in a mound, not level with the ground. That part of the job was very disappointing, and again, while it is also spelled out on the back of the contract, it was not clear to me that it would be mounded. It would have been helpful to make the customer aware and to allow them to make an informed decision whether to spend a couple of hundred dollars more to have the grindings removed.
