Built a disastrous, non compliant, unsafe deck in June 2016. Did not get a required permit to do the work. Stopped payment on his check so I could get someone to rebuild it at another cost of $2400. He then deceived the county commissioner to file illegal criminal charges against me. Commissioner told him it was a civil matter. Do not trust this arrogant man. He is very dangerous and does not know the county requirements for building decks according to code.
