Walls was great! they showed when they said they would. They called before arrival and they performed the job proffesionally. they raked up twigs and evan used a leaf blower to clean up after themselves. Mr walls was very nice and proffersional, and best of all the price was better than other estimates i got. I would definitly use them again!
I have used Walls Tree Service on two occasions and was extremely pleased with his services on both occasions. Mr. Walls gave me a comparable estimate with other tree services. He was professional and courteous. When he came to take the trees down the first time, he was not only fully staffed, but fully equipped to do the job. He did such a great job the first time, that I hired him again to take down another tree and to perform general yard clean up. I had a number of small trees and shrubs in my yard that were unkept and needed to be cleared out. Mr. Walls cleaned my yard of all the overgrown trees and shrubs and even fixed my shed door which was hanging off becasue he said it made the yard look bad. When I went to inspect the yard, Mr. Walls had removed all the debris and the yard has never looked better.
I did not have a good experience with Walls Tree Service. It was very difficult to get in touch with them and they did not return phone calls in a timely manner. I asked them to trim some trees and all they did was remove some broken branches and twigs. They did minimal work and when I asked him to work more efficiently he refused to. Also, after they completed their work they tried to jack up the price from the original estimate. Mr. Walls was very rude and did not want to compromise or answer my questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
