Additional As-Is Provisions
Go into further detail of how the property will be handed over to the buyer, such as broom swept versus in the exact same condition as when the property went under contract.

The property may have a private driveway agreement, require flood insurance, have solar panels, or more. Disclosure all of that additional information here.
Buyer Selection of Escrow Agent
Instead of having a brokerage company on either side of the transaction, the title company is able to hold the buyer's deposit until time of settlement.
Condition of Property Disclosure Statement
The property is being sold as-is, and the seller will make no repairs / provide buyer with credits. The seller will decide which type of as-is inspection they will allow.
