Some clients want advice. Others want action. That’s where our Concierge Service comes in.

Think of this as your real estate assistant—handling tasks, coordinating vendors, and managing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your transaction moving forward. If One-on-One Advising is where you go for answers, Concierge Service is where you go to get things done.

This service is ideal for sellers who want help with time-consuming or unfamiliar tasks—but don’t want to pay for a full-service agent to handle them.

How it works:
You place a $500 retainer, and we bill only for the time you use—in 15-minute increments ($31.25). This ensures you’re never paying for more than you need, without the overhead of a full-service agent. When your balance drops below $150, your card is automatically charged to replenish the used amount, keeping your service uninterrupted and fully in your control. Any unused portion will be returned to you at settlement or at the conclusion of our brokerage agreement.

Use Concierge Service for tasks like:

  • Scheduling and coordinating repairs, inspections, photography, or cleanings
  • Communicating directly with contractors, appraisers, or service providers
  • Managing access to your property or arranging lockbox setup
  • Following up with vendors or third parties to keep things on schedule
  • Coordinating logistics outside of traditional transaction management
  • Acting as your point-of-contact when multiple moving parts need attention
