This is our streamlined, access-only option. You provide the addresses, and we schedule the appointments and meet you at the property. It’s perfect for buyers who want to view homes independently, without the complications of a traditional agent relationship.

• Property access handled by a licensed Proprdiy representative
• Basic property insights and on-site observations
• No sales pressure or follow-up unless requested

💼 Premium Property Tour – $129 per property

This is our upgraded, agent-assisted tour. It includes everything from the Standard Tour—plus a layer of communication, follow-up, and strategy tailored to that specific property.

We not only open the door—we ask the right questions, gather relevant information, and help you evaluate how this home fits your goals.

Includes all Standard features, plus:

• Direct communication with the listing agent or seller on your behalf
• Retrieval of disclosures, offer instructions, and seller feedback
• Answers to your follow-up questions about the property or terms
• Guidance on how the home compares to others you’ve seen
• Strategic insight based on market activity, pricing, and condition

Best for:

• Buyers who want both access and expertise
• Anyone narrowing down their list of serious contenders
• Those who want an advocate during the touring phase—without committing to full buyer agency

🧰 Inspection Tour – $299

Want a second set of eyes on your home inspection? Whether you attend or not, we’ll be there to document key findings and make sure you don’t miss anything important.

Includes:

• Full presence for the inspection (usually 2–3 hours)
• Live or recorded walkthrough of major findings
• Coordination with your inspector for access and recap

• Out-of-area or busy buyers
• First-time buyers wanting added reassurance
• Those looking to verify the condition of big-ticket items

✅ Final Walk-Through Tour – $99

Before closing, you need to ensure the home is in the condition agreed upon. We’ll walk the property with you—or for you—and report any issues before settlement.

Includes:

• Confirmation of repair completion (if applicable)
• Visual documentation of the home’s current condition
• Escalation of any concerns that may delay closing

Best for:

• Buyers who can’t attend in person
• Last-step reassurance
• Protecting your purchase before funds are wired
