Settlement Support
Once the contract is executed, we coordinate with the buyer, title company, and lender to keep things on track through closing. We’ll help ensure required documentation is submitted, timelines are followed, and any title or loan conditions are addressed proactively.

Contract Creation
We’ll draft a professional, Maryland-compliant contract of sale using the agreed-upon terms, along with the correct disclosures and addenda. The documents will be customized to your transaction and structured to protect both parties and meet legal standards.

Settlement Support
We work closely with your lender and title provider to guide the process from contract to close. That includes assisting with addenda or documentation updates, and helping you understand key steps as you move toward settlement.

This discounted package reflects a savings of nearly $600 over individual pricing. Either side can pay the fee or split the cost. Payment is due in full before services begin and is non-refundable.

This package covers the defined scope of services above. Any requests that fall outside this scope—such as unusual legal scenarios, property access, custom negotiation strategy, or real estate advice unrelated to the specific transaction—will be billed separately under our Advisor Access service. While most FSBO deals fit comfortably within this package, anything outside the norm will incur an additional fee.
