What It Covers:

This service is ideal for scenarios not included in the following bundled offerings: (MLS Listing, Contract & Inspections, Settlement Support, Property Tours)

Use Advisor Access for:

• Negotiation support and strategy (we advise—you communicate)
• Communicating with unrepresented buyers or sellers on your behalf
• Discussions with third parties such as buyer or seller agents
• Complex or unusual situations requiring custom guidance
• Answering general or specific real estate questions not tied to a defined transaction
• Clarifying your legal obligations or next steps in non-standard scenarios

How It Works:

Billed at $125 per hour, in 15-minute increments

• A $500 deposit is required to activate the service
• Your time is deducted as used—no rounding up, no wasted spend
• When your balance drops below $150, we automatically replenish it to ensure uninterrupted service
• Any unused portion is refunded at closing or at the end of our brokerage agreement
