Each tour is just $99 per property. We handle the scheduling, meet you on-site (or virtually), and provide objective, professional guidance throughout the process.

To Get Started:
A $500 deposit is required before we begin scheduling tours. You’ll only be charged (from the deposit) for properties you actually tour—no fees for homes we can’t access.

Includes:

• In-person or virtual (live or recorded) walkthrough
• Property access handled by a licensed Proprdiy representative
• Basic insights, on-site observations, and post-tour Q&A
• Communication with the seller or listing agent to retrieve disclosures and offer details
• Strategic input on pricing, condition, and how the property compares to others you’ve seen
• No sales pitch, no contract—just pay as you go
