💬 Premium Review + Representation – $299

Want us to take it from here? The Premium version includes direct communication with the title or escrow company to resolve any issues we find—plus attendance at settlement (where available) for an added layer of support.

Includes everything in Standard, plus:

• Communication with the title/escrow company to correct errors
• Confirmation that updated statements are received and accurate
• Optional settlement attendance (if arranged in advance and within our geographic service area)
