💬 Premium Inspection Review + Representation – $299

When you want strategic support—especially if repair requests or negotiations are more involved—our Premium version gives you full representation through this stage of the process.

Includes everything in Standard, plus:

• Interpretation of requested repairs or credits and their potential impact
• Communication and negotiation with the buyer or buyer’s agent
• Strategic advice on how to respond or counter
• Drafting and execution of revised terms or additional documents
• Final coordination to ensure updated agreements are properly ratified
